Payment Options
For those of you who prefer to purchase offline, we will gladly process your order by mail,
phone or fax using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Just use the form
on the Contact Us page of this web site to place your order instead
of choosing the payment button. We will contact you for your credit card
information or send you an invoice that you can pay by check, depending on
which method you choose when we contact you.

Please note that if you opt to pay by
check, your block kit will not be shipped until your check has cleared the

Domestic Shipping & Handling Fees
SHIPPING WILL BE VIA USPS FIRST CLASS OR PRIORITY MAIL UNLESS OTHERWISE
DESIGNATED ON THE INFORMATION PAGE FOR EACH PROJECT
How Are Shipping Charges Calculated?
At Boardwalk Quilts we try to keep shipping costs down to the minimum. Our shipping charges are for shipping
and handling, meaning not only will you be charged for the actual cost of shipping your order, but for the other costs associated with shipping your order. These costs include, but are not
necessarily limited to:

postage fees
-
envelopes
-
boxes
-
packing materials
-
tape
-
labels
-
equipment necessary for processing your orders (scales, software, dedicated printers,
etc.)
-
labor to process and package your
order
These are just some of the costs directly associated with shipping your orders in a timely and cost–effective manner. Please note that shipping rates quoted on your order may not be the actual shipping
cost. Some months the packages will be larger or heavier than other
months. The shipping rates are calculated to even out the disparities in
shipping costs from month to month. If you are ever in question of any of our shipping rates, please do no hesitate to contact us at

Discounted Sale Items
Shipping costs for discounted items will be figured according to the weight of each
item. Our web store figures shipping and handling according to the weight total of the
order and we cannot change this.
International Shipping & Handling Fees
Please Note: We are not responsible for the receipt of international shipping. We send our international packages via the least expensive method but, if a customer wants tracking or insurance, they need to request it from us and will be billed at the applicable rate. If tracking or insurance is purchased and the package is not received, we will assist in the tracking request but we will not be responsible for the receipt of the package.
INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY COUNTRIES
We ship International Priority Mail to all countries that USPS system will
ship to. An International Priority Mail shipment to Canada, Mexico and to all other countries is billed at actual shipping costs. In
a lot of cases, International Priority Mail is less expensive than surface mail and will arrive in approximately one week as opposed to 6 to 8 weeks surface. Shipments that are over 4 lbs. or will not fit into the USPS large flat rate envelope will be billed as quoted by
USPS.
NON–INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY COUNTRIES
Shipping prices to non–International Priority Mail countries can vary widely. Please specify when ordering whether you want surface or air shipping. Shipping charges will be billed as quoted by the US Post Office.

Sales Tax
Orders placed from within the state of Washington will have 7.8% sales tax added. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
If so, we will bill the shipment accordingly.

Store Policies
Our policy and promise to you is that we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you receive a product from us that is not what you thought you were getting, simply return it for a full refund.
