the form below to join the Waiting List for your Block of the Month
project. If you wish to participate in more than one Block of the Month
project, you will need to submit your signup information for each project
— this form will only allow you to sign up for one project at a time.
There is no cost to join
the Waiting List. However, we rely on everyone that does sign up to pay
their Start–Up At this time, due to the added cost and labor to satisfy postal and customs regulations, we must limit participation to customers with mailing addresses in the United States and its territories. We hope to be able to offer our programs internationally at a future date. |
